Terms of Service

1. Services

TrueRow Data delivers verified B2B contact datasets as described on truerowdata.com: pilot batches (250 enriched store contacts or 200 campaign-qualified accounts), custom orders, and monthly replenishment plans. Scope, count, segment, delivery format, and deadline are confirmed in writing before payment.

2. Data license

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered data for your own internal business purposes, including your own outreach campaigns and your clients' campaigns where you are the service provider. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or repackage the data as a standalone data product. Prior-batch suppression terms apply to replenishment deliveries.

3. Delivery and quality guarantee

Deliverables are provided as CSV or XLSX within the agreed timeframe (typically 48 hours). Verified-accepted and catch-all/unknown emails are labeled separately. If more than 10% of confirmed-verified email addresses in your deliverable hard-bounce within 14 days of delivery, you receive a full refund — email [email protected] with your bounce log. Counts short of the contracted quantity are documented with reason codes or refunded pro-rata.

4. What we do not guarantee

We guarantee data accuracy and deliverability as defined above. We do not guarantee response rates, conversions, or business outcomes from use of the data, and we do not guarantee that any contact is willing to receive marketing. Estimates (e.g., company size) are labeled as estimates where included.

5. Your compliance responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the data, including compliance with applicable email and privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your campaigns, including honoring opt-outs and identifying yourself in messages. Data is compiled from public sources; do not use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Payment

Payment is due at order via our Stripe checkout. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

7. Refunds beyond the guarantee

If we fail to deliver the agreed scope and cannot remedy it, you receive a full or pro-rata refund. The bounce guarantee in Section 3 is the sole quality remedy; it is intentionally simple.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected deliverable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
