TrueRow Data ("we", "us") sells verified B2B contact datasets and lead lists to business customers. Contact: [email protected].

Information we collect

• Customer information: name, business name, email address, and payment details collected via Stripe when you purchase. We do not store card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe (see Stripe's privacy policy).
• Correspondence: emails you send us are retained for order fulfillment and record-keeping.
• Website: this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic server logs (IP, timestamp) are retained by our hosting provider for security.

Data we sell and its sources

The business contact data we deliver is compiled from public sources only: public storefronts, company websites, About/Team pages, press pages, and public directories. Each record carries its source URL and observation date. We do not scrape LinkedIn and do not resell data from licensed third-party databases.

Your choices — removal requests

If you are an individual whose business contact information appears in our datasets and you wish to have your record removed or corrected, email [email protected] with the domain or email in question. We honor verified removal requests and suppress removed records from future batches.

How customer data is used

Customer information is used solely to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal/tax obligations. We do not sell customer information. Outreach emails we send include our physical address and a working opt-out; opt-outs are honored promptly.

Retention

Order and correspondence records are retained as long as needed for tax and business records. Delivered datasets are retained per batch for quality audit and suppression purposes.

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
